Pranav is a management consultant and professional education expert. His specialist expertise is in customer experience, design thinking, marketing strategy and professional education. With a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a master’s in business administration, Pranav has served the industry for over 27 years. He held sales & marketing leadership positions in Dr Reddy’s and Cipla. As a joint secretary of the Infection Control Academy of India (IFCAI), Pranav has been administrating a one-year diploma program in infection prevention and control (DIPC) in collaboration with the University of Hyderabad. Salil Kallianpur
Salil is a marketing, strategy and digital/business transformation adviser and a mentor to companies, leveraging extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Commercial leadership experience across in-country assignments and global experience across Emerging Markets and Europe. He was executive vice president in GSK and worked in marketing leadership positions in many companies like Pfizer, Novartis and Dr Reddy’s.
Salil is also a visiting professor at SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.
Prof. G.V.R.K. Acharyulu
Prof. Acharyulu is a professor in SCM and program advisor- MBA (Healthcare & Hospital Management), and program coordinator- MBA(General). He is a chemical engineer and PhD with ten years of industry and 22 years of post-graduate management teaching experience. Under his supervision, nine scholars were awarded PhD, and five are currently pursuing them. He was a visiting faculty at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand.
Prof. Acharyulu has published ten books and 23 research papers in national and 25 international journals. He has presented research papers at international conferences in the USA, Australia, Singapore, Thailand and Dubai. For his exemplary contribution to management teaching, Prof. Acharyulu has received several awards, including the best teacher award by the Association of Indian Management Schools.
Dr. Sapna Singh
Dr Sapna Singh, Associate Professor School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad, is an M.B.A PhD from Osmania University. She has more than two decades of teaching experience at the post-graduate level. Before joining the University, she was a Professor and Director of R.B.V.R.R. Women’s College. Nine students have been awarded PhD under her guidance.
Her area of research surrounds retail and branding. Her contribution to branding scenarios, strategies and practice in the Indian context is acknowledged and cited. She has published articles in Springer, Emerald, Scopus, and many other national and international journals. She has worked on a significant UGC project studying the “Brand Management Practices in Select Service Organizations”.
Dr. D.V. Srinivas Kumar
Dr Srinivas is presently working as Assistant Professor at the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad. His research interests include Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management, and Business Analytics. He is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, MBA- Marketing and PhD in Management.
Current project: “Customer Acceptance of Artificial Intelligence
(AI) in Healthcare Service Encounters- A Study in the Indian Context.”
Dr Srinivas is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences and a visiting faculty at Symbiosis, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, ICFAI, and NALSAR. He is a training faculty on the Case Method of Teaching.
