Mrs Farida Hussain

Mrs. Farida is Chief Marketing Officer in USV Pvt Ltd.
Farida has 30 years of experience in the Pharma Industry in various roles and departments like medical, medico-marketing, business development, Marketing and Sales. She holds a master’s degree in Pharmacy.
She has been an honorary professor in Pharma Marketing at SVKM’s NMIMS University, Mumbai (one of India’s oldest Private Business schools)
Sanchit Nanda

Sanchit is a Life-Sciences Graduate from Delhi University) and Post Graduate in Management (Finance) from Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad.
Sanchit has over two and half decades of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in India across multiple organisations like Dr Reddy’s, Novartis and Gilead. Over the years, Sanchit has worked in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Patient Access, Strategic Planning, BD&L, Mergers & acquisitions and Commercial Excellence.
Sanchit has been associated with several Industry firsts in the areas of Licensing, Access, Sales Management, etc., which have become the Industry benchmarks over the years.
His interests include Access, Strategic Planning, Health Economics, and Healthcare systems strengthening. He has also been part of the OPPI Access Committee and FICCI Health Insurance task force and has contributed to various papers & proposals on Healthcare system strengthening.
Anuj Reddy

Anuj is the Head – Commercial excellence at Dr. Reddy’s India. His responsibility is to drive strategy, new business integration, sales force excellence, new portfolio introduction and training. Before taking on this role, he was the cluster head of the acute businesses responsible for paediatrics, dermatology, allergy and respiratory franchises for Dr Reddy, India. He also oversaw the integration of the select businesses of UCB and Wockhardt into Dr Reddy’s.
Anuj has a rich experience of over two and half decades working with both Indian and Multinational companies in India and abroad. In his assignments, he has overseen functions like Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Clinical Development and Regulatory.
Anuj was the global marketing director for Novo Nordisk and was awarded the ‘Cluster Head of the Year for three years between FY16-FY18.
Anuj is an alumnus of Pune university, ITM- Bangalore and London Business School. Outside work, Anuj enjoys reading historical books, travelling with family and gardening.
